By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. Return Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility.
Return requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Products may be eligible for return or exchange only if:
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
The product has original tags, labels, packaging, invoice, and accessories intact.
The return request is raised within the allowed return period.
The product received is defective, damaged, wrong, or size-related exchange is applicable as per product category.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products may not be eligible for return or refund:
Used, washed, worn, damaged, altered, stained, or perfumed products.
Products without original tags, packaging, invoice, or accessories.
Innerwear, personal-use products, hygiene-sensitive products, socks, masks, accessories, or any product marked as non-returnable.
Sale, clearance, customized, personalized, or final-sale products.
Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper care.
4. Exchange Policy
Size exchange may be available for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or replacement product is unavailable, we may offer store credit, refund, or alternative product options at our discretion.

Unboxing video, if the product is damaged, missing, wrong, or defective
6. Quality Check
All returned products will go through a quality check after being received by URBAN JIPSY.
If the product fails quality check, the return/refund/exchange request may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.
7. Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and approved after quality check, refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method, store credit, or any other method approved by URBAN JIPSY.
Actual bank/payment gateway settlement time may vary.
8. COD Orders
For cash-on-delivery orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or any other available method after receiving valid customer details.
9. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, COD charges, return shipping charges, convenience fees, or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from URBAN JIPSY, such as wrong product or defective product.
10. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Product
If you receive a damaged, wrong, defective, or missing product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
Without proper proof, the claim may not be accepted.
11. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and may need to follow the return process after delivery.
URBAN JIPSY reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment failure, pricing error, address issue, or suspected fraudulent activity.
