1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
During sales, festivals, new launches, high-demand periods, or operational delays, processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability may depend on courier partner coverage and the customer’s pin code.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally:
Metro cities: 3 to 7 business days
Non-metro cities: 5 to 10 business days
Remote locations: 7 to 14 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, weather, holidays, strikes, incorrect address, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
URBAN JIPSY may offer free shipping on selected orders, selected products, or promotional campaigns at its discretion.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website notification.
Customers can track the order using the tracking link or courier details provided.
6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including full address, pin code, phone number, and email address.
URBAN JIPSY will not be responsible for delay, non-delivery, or return of order due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply. For prepaid orders, refund may be processed after deducting shipping, return shipping, COD, or handling charges where applicable.
8. Damaged or Tampered Package
If you receive a damaged, opened, or tampered package, do not accept the delivery. If already accepted, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
